1. How Can I Track my Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click on the link to track the status of your shipment in real-time.
2. Do I have to pay any additional taxes?
No. All the prices are inclusive of taxes.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] with your order details for assistance.
4. What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is between 5 to 8 business days for domestic orders and 10 to 12 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouses.
5. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
The colours of the products on our website have been portrayed as accurately as possible, however, monitors and screens of electronics devices differ in their display of colour, so it may slightly vary depending on the display screen.
6. Do I have to pay any additional taxes?

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Paytm and other secure payment.
9. Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
10.How do I remove saved credit card details?
There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details: – Edit or add a new shipping or billing address. – During your next purchase, simply unselecte the option “remember my payment details” on the payment page.
11. I DON’T LIKE MY PRODUCT. HOW DO I REFUND IT?
Each and every product is specially hand-crafted for you after considering all your requests. We are therefore strictly to have a NO REFUND/NO CANCELLATION/NO EXCHANGE policy.
